In our process, we use the whole, ripe fruit – from pulp and juice to peel – to truly let the rich flavor aromas blossom.
The peels are carefully stored in a steel tank along with freshly distilled spirit from Tevsjö Mill & Distillery, allowing the natural colors and aromas to fully develop.
To elevate the flavors, we add fruit juice, a hint of tonic and a splash of Prosecco – for that perfect, spritzy sensation!
